Malden might be in the same ball park but that is because it is a bit farther out of the city and won't have as good of access (Medford would be similar but you have rent pressure from Tufts students).Where do you work exactly?

I am inclined to think that it would be best to carry a revolving ball of cash to do deals with, but somehow that just doesn't seem like the best way.
