Zero-Down Strategies For Mobiles

Hello Everyone:

First off, this is a great site. I am amazed at the quality of the conversations and attitudes on hand! Very cool in an internet world that seems to specialize in asinine and rude.

Ok: Zero-down strategies for mobile homes. I realize subject-to is the usual, but I am just not comfortable with it. Maybe one day when I have an account to draw from, but I do not like the idea of the seller not being completely dealt out.

So, besides that and free mobile homes, what are some zero-down strategies? I am inclined to think that it would be best to carry a revolving ball of cash to do deals with, but somehow that just doesn't seem like the best way.

Thanks for your replies!
