There will be snowbirds who may want to relocate full time to Central Florida for longer periods, as well as the huge number of Disney employees and other hospitality employees who need a place to live with their families. 

Landlord insurance does not cover their personal property or the relocation cost if they are to live elsewhere while a landlord deals with a major claim that keeps them from being able to access the property.

Brand yourself that way, get the military relocation specialist cert as an agent, and then provide value about the VA Loan (read the guidebook, and get to know how to use it) 

There are people currently living in the house and I would like to have them relocate so I can update the home, and do any necessary repairs.

I just got back from the area and definitely interested in relocating... and investing.
