Advertising Services to Active or Exiting Military Members

I was wondering how I could begin targeting Active and separating military members as a real estate agent. Whether that be getting them investment properties while active or buying their first home after separating. I am prior military but not sure how to reach them effectively. Any ideas or processes you currently use. Any other programs that help with down payments other than VA loan?

@Josh Myrick Networking! Go to local meetups, go to conferences that military folks attend, and if there isn't a local meetup, host your own. You're going to have to establish a social media presence if you really want to grow. TikTok, IG, etc. Just ask @David Pere

Build a relationship with a lender who specializes in VA loans and see if they will give you referrals. Brand yourself as the "military RE agent in (your town)". Go to the VFW and pass out cards, free stuff, just get out there and meet people and seek to provide value first.

Good luck and keep us updated!
