People living in home I just purchased
I just closed on a bank-owned home in Virginia. There are people currently living in the house and I would like to have them relocate so I can update the home, and do any necessary repairs. The prior owner of the home passed away about 2 years ago, which led to foreclosure. I believe they may be family members who never left. I have not contacted them yet and would like to get some input from the Bigger Pockets community on how to proceed. My first thought is to offer them cash for keys.
