I love the model and consider it a win/win for all involved.  

Games are won by players who focus on the playing field –- not by those whose eyes are glued to the scoreboard.If you instead focus on the prospective price change of a contemplated purchase, you are speculating.

Its not like they have to lose for you to win, Real Estate is a big market, there are a lot of ways to be successful. 

If they did they would likely win but you can try and see.

All cases revolve on paperwork and evidence.It is amassing to me how many landlords go to court expecting to win with no evidence simply because they believe they are right.Better luck next time.

I know a few bigger players were this is working but they are working with hedge fund type money 5 to 20 million.. and have the powder and ability to scout the VERY best deals.. most folks simply can't do that .. if they are starting out.

Also cash offers tend to be what wins as well, from what I have seen.
