Inspection Contingency or not? What's most common
With offers on REO properties, is it more common or less common for investors to include an inspection contingency. In other words do most investors want one or do they forgo it or would it depend on the property?
I ask because I know if a bank has to offers at the same price no inspection contingency would be the more attractive offer so for that reason do a lot of investors exclude it?
Any insight to pros and cons would appreciated.
