I am looking to network with Wholesalers, Real Estate agents, homebuilders, contractors, real estate attorneys, title companies, local lenders, and folks knowledgeable in building code and zoning.

I'd be happy to chat with you folks about lending stuff, but my zone is only 1-4 unit residential.I generally connect pretty damn well with silicon valley tech wizards, and early on at least that is of course going to be a demographic disproportionately over-represented among your clients (former co-workers at other tech startups etc).

This was a fantastic career, but ultimately, I was drawn to real estate for the passive income it offered.I look forward to meeting the many folks in this community and learning from everyone and contributing what I know from my experience with mobile home parks, apartments, and single family properties.  

Due to dwindling oil prices and massive layoffs, its time for a change.I look forward to meeting new folks, and learning all about this exciting industry!

I am looking at doing rehabs on small historic homes in my area and found a realtor that not only owns several herself, but is a contractor that rehabs historic homes and already has a team of folks that can help with several aspects of the process, putting together the application, etc. 

We welcome any not scam folks to make contact with..We have found many scammers and some legit.

Military folks move every 3-4 years usually, so often they don't buy.
