Recently an opportunity came by my desk that was very intriguing as I often am scouring the various platforms for deals.  

I have noticed that while we use a lot of platforms to help us run our businesses in Real Estate we are still pretty far behind in most respects.

@William Wright if you will continue to self manage, you might consider upgrading to Buildium or Appfolio long term as they both ave accounting platforms built in as well as being PM software.

I was wondering what platform or sites can one use to locate multi-family housing like duplex/triplex in Oldsmar/Clearwater and vicinity area?

I'm still learning and soaking up the knowledge on how to best approach this but i wanted to introduce myself and hear from some experienced local investors.Please feel free to share your favorite books, youtube channels or other favorite follows on social media platforms.

To all of the more experienced BP Real Estate agents out there, what are some of the platforms that you are currently, or used to use in order to expand your business? 

I’m not 100% but pretty good about staying off the rest of the platform.

If still no luck, there are online platforms that you can use and don't forget to get everything in writing.

I AM NOT questioning the inspector, I am questioning if it is too much of a gamble to not know the conditions of the entire septic system.On to the home inspection, AGAIN keep in mind the house was built in 1800. 

The tenants will wear down all its fancy luxury features, and paying higher than anything around for speculation on appreciation reasons is just gambling.
