Go with whomever pays you the best commission split. 

And no, I'm not hear to scam you, my commission is based on a successful real estate deal that is paid for by the seller.

We have been looking high and low for something to flip but can't seem to get anything in our area that is low enough to allow for reno, hard money fees, and commissions.

Most of the professionals in the the real estate industry work on either commission or an hourly basis.

I was the emailed a confidentiality and buyer registration agreement, that stipulated that no other agent representing me would receive commission, at the time I agreed to it, because I planned on using the listing agent. 

We will typically pay the property manager/leasing agent the leasing commission directly.Christian
