I was wondering how popular are virtual property tours?

Long-term investors should have a "boots on the ground team" to handle key transfers, property tours, inspections, ect.

If the prospect, when touring your unit saw a washer and dryer in the unit it is reasonable for them to assume it is in working order. 

We toured an 840 sq. ft. 2br/1ba home that cost $60k (base) and came in at around $90k as constructed. 

It's so frustrating that most people simply hit the standard button asking for a tour or to fill out an application when the ad clearly states, no tours or applications until pre screening. 

We toured it and placed an offer for $65k.  

But the conferences and college tour crowd is back starting after New Years.
