Virtual house tours

Posted

Hey everyone! I was wondering how popular are virtual property tours? I am visually impaired, and it can sometimes be a little difficult to travel to multiple properties in a day or over the course of a week. I’m also a little concerned about safety. Virtual tours would work best but are agents typically happy to do them?

I used to do a lot of 360-degree video tours of my rentals and it helped rent them faster. The market has been so hot the last three years that I stopped doing them. Now that the market appears to be slowing, I will probably bring them back. Pictures are OK, but a virtual tour really helps them get a sense of the room sizes and overall layout of the space.
