@Aaron Coplin There are a lot in Peabody near where we meet and many on Route 1 North.

We're having a meet-up this Friday at Whispers Cafe and Creperies in North SJ.  

I own a few duplexes north of this location on central and they were purchased for less than 1/3 of the price (within past two years).They bring in 2100 a piece which 2 would be similar to this 4plex at 2/3 cost.

I recently moved from Maryland to Wilmington North Carolina.

This would be the time of year you should be buying in the North, when it's cold & no one else is!

If you don't have children, or prefer private school, I would look at the West Oak Forest and Avondale areas of West Ashley and North of King/Meeting Street on the Peninsula.
