Hi All!

My name is Mark Valudos.  I am from the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design to be exact.  Since then I gained my license in Architecture and grew tired of working hard for pennies.  So I decided to leverage my knowledge in construciton and start building a foundation on the developer side and accepted a position as a Project Manager for construction of ground up Healthcare facilities.

I am currently on the fence of jumping head first into the bigger pockets community to start flipping homes.  OR geting an Executive MBA in Real Estate Development.  Been listening to the podcasts, ordered some of the books mentioned, and plan to start my education either way.

Look forward to trying my hand and hope to be a player in a few years.

    Welcome to BP!
What part of Dallas are you in? I'm in Grand Prairie.
I'm sort of in the same boat as you I am just soaking all the info in before I take the plunge into real estate. Make sure you read the ultimate beginner's guide and search for any questions you may have and if you can't find the answer just ask away. The wonderful people from BP will guide you in the right way!
