What technology are they using to show the house.

I currently work in the technology field and have had an interest in multifamily rentals ever since my wife showed me the potential of real estate about a year ago.

She was already in the process of moving out, so her landlord had no reason to lie.

I wouldn't advise you to lie to a lender and tell them anything other than the truth so I wouldn't go the route of pretending you aren't planning on moving in.

The city is now using that to then charge people with felonies if you lied on the affidavit.

My questions lies in, how do you become that buyer?

They will lie cheat and rob you anyway they can to get one over on you .
