Digital welcome letter

In my rentals I frame a generic welcome letter and place it somewhere visible for the guest when they enter my house. This "system" needs an overhaul as it's a little bit of a pain and sometimes due to cancellations and what not we won't have a letter for a specific guest.

What I would like to do is utilize a tablet or something so that I can craft a unique welcome letter for each specific guest. I could even utilize a PowerPoint or something so guests could swipe the screen and it could have information about restaurants or attractions.

My question is how or what is the easiest way to implement this strategy. i.e. how do I access this tablet from my own home, I don't want to have to physically be there to update the letter.... And please speak as you would to a small child as sometimes I'm a little slow with tech stuff 😁.

Also if possible I would like to be able to do this from a Chromebook, while I do have a pc it's easier for me to use my Chromebook.
