When the caller calls, the 1800 number answers and then when the person leaves a message it is recorded directly in my CRM as well as in my 1800 voicemail service.The other tool I have been looking into but haven't used yet is Proquest Technologies.

Door hangers for me are 10x more effective than mail let me explain why...My response rate in the mail has been horrible and it was once explained to me that more times than not that with today's technology resources good news travels fast, traditional mail is left for paper BILLS owed.

One thing my dad was right about, the younger generations are lazier, they don't have the work ethic of the old timers which is the unfortunate side, the good side is that life is much easier and younger generations have technology working for them, so they can afford to be lazier.
