I'm excited to dive into things and hope to start investing within the next year or so.

Now that I am finished with it, I am looking for other books to read that will expand my knowledge with REI.When I find something I like, I like to dive in head first, so that’s how I came across BP.

With capital at the ready and lots to learn, I am ready to dive in headfirst. 

As soon as I had them listed, I received 3 bookings the same night.

I was at one last night and I had another one recommended to me. 

@Miguel Sanson,I would say it's a benefit, but you do have to do it right.That said, I was at a REI meeting last night. 

I just connected with a couple of realtor/investors last night and half a dozen cash buyers. 

@Courtney Dillard From the information you have provided I would take a very serious dive into this deal.

You shouldn't have any problem diving into the market here.
