I have a strong sales background and am not afraid to talk, but looking for advice on what to say, and more what NOT to say.Any comments are appreciated!

My agent gave me my lender and although I shopped around and spoke with other lenders, the local bank had the appraisers and the connections to get everything done and keep cost down.If you have any questions are comments please let me know. 

I am hoping that by me commenting on this it could potentially bring the thread back up and bring some life to the conversation.

So that's nice from a liability perspective but I am still concerned about tenant safety.I confirmed seller will not replace knob and tube at their expense and their comment,  "Per the electrician - there is active knob and tube wiring in the attic.

I'd echo the former comments and add that there is a lot of really good education in a few books and articles as well.

Elon Musk also made this comment, which is a fair indicator it will be at that location: "So we're here in Austin and our factory is like five minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown.
