Pro and cons of buying rental property on a 55+ community
Hello BP community,
Does anyone with some experience in buying rental property in a 55+ community?
We live in Florida and we are trying to buy our first property here. We have been analyzing properties for a few months now and we found that there are more opportunities to find a property that meets our budget and cash flow in a 55+ community than any other community. Any insights? We are not sure how bad the age restriction can impact our rental possibilities when is time to rent. Thank you all
