Best Workshops for Real Estate Investors

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations on investing workshops/seminars that they thought were worth the money and time. 

Some topics I am really interested in are:

-Tips and tricks for buying: Foreclosures, REO's, Short Sales, Sherriff Sales, etc

-BRRRR investing

-Rehabbing multi-unit properties

-Or pretty much any seminar/workshop you found beneficial!

I would prefer in person workshops and am willing to travel to different states, but if you have any online ones you really liked please let me know so that I can check them out.
