It would take more of your time and efforts when it comes to training.Second option is to go through a Property Management Virtual Assistants company, they would have trained VA's with supervision and experience.

From experience with my own daughter AND mother-in-law, I can say that this *could* have been due to a clogged drain caused by their gunk (face products, toothpaste, etc) in the p trap. 

I recently spoke to a property management firm that told me their clients don't experience any pain with financials or taxes Jan - April. 

In my experience, tenants will not change.

You don't need to know everything to get started; you just need a foundation to build on and the rest will come through experience and then refining your education.You can build a basic understanding of investing in 3-6 months.
