I always wanted to bring some of the old beauty back to the city of Detroit, the architecture from the 1920's is incredible How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

In my market one of the red flags I see quite a bit is with century-old homes:  they are all on pier-and-beam foundations and the fireplace is a beautiful mass of stacked bricks . . . often 15-20 feet tall.
