Currently, I am planning to provide deals from Los Angeles to Bay Area, and I'm located in the beautiful county of Santa Barbara, which is in the middle of the CA coast. In Real Estate, one size does not fit all because every deal is different, so I am seeking any professional advice for creating a solid Wholesale Contract and/or any tips?
