Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment in Boston.

Purchase price: $597,500
Cash invested: $200,000

One of Brighton's best locations! This charming and beautifully maintained Dutch Colonial style 2 family home has much to recommend it, spacious rooms, good ceiling height, handsome woodwork, separate systems, separate entrances, 2 car garage, hilltop & Boston views & wonderful proximity to shops and transportation.
