I dont know how it is in your market and I am clearly not an expert, but a lot of the lenders dealing w/ these homes do not seem to use a lot of business sense.

I was wondering where I could pick up a list in my county for parcels that are delinquent (owe back taxes), but the property yet has gone through the auction process.I am by no means an expert on the subject so I apologize if I have misstated anything above.Thanks!
