Delinquent Taxes vs. Tax Lien
Is there a difference between Delinquent taxes and Tax Liens?
I was wondering where I could pick up a list in my county for parcels that are delinquent (owe back taxes), but the property yet has gone through the auction process.
I am by no means an expert on the subject so I apologize if I have misstated anything above.
Thanks!

@Account Closed I had started typing a response to you that was going to say counties don't publish parcels that are delinquent on taxes unless it's for the lien sale. Then I decided to look up what the Mecklenburg County website had listed.
You lucked out big time! Your county has a tool on the website that allows you to look up delinquent taxes by year. So you can get the most current delinquent taxes for the year.
Here is the link to the page: Mecklenburg County Delinquent Taxes Make sure you click on the "Delinquent Bill Search" tab at the top. It defaults to a different search first.
You can drill down to each parcel and get the details. This is pretty amazing information to get your hands on so easily.
Good luck!
