If your perspective renters are involved in that industry I would say now is a great time to have them as both Lockheed and Northrop have massive contracts going right now.I know that is painting with a pretty broad brush and there are tens of thousands of jobs in this area.

They have a very broad definition as being in a public transit zone (Meaning no parking is required).
