Your best bet would be to put 3.5% down with an FHA loan. 

Downtown district is so expensive but Gulf Hills is a little better and seems like a good bet, especially with the new owner of the GH Hotel. 

I assume they are geared towards people already familiar with other Social media platforms that may looks similar. 

Best bet is to just collect all the information and make your own decision.

Whether someone is a member on BP or even a podcast guest, there is no way for this platform to fully validate they are legitimate.

I think it would be wise to get your own eyes on the property, and setting up the furniture, but I bet you could hire it all out if you wanted. 

I don't make very much money at the 9-5 but you can bet I track every freaking dollar coming in and going out for my properties.
