What is the value of the furnace and do you have any use for it. because if it is just going to result in storage charges for you may want to try to get the cost back from him in some way before you leave the property.

Marketing is all about knowing the painpoint of your audience AND intercepting that painpoint through a message that inspires relief and confidence you can help them.This is why I would device a SPECIFIC message per specific audience so you really speak to a specific audience.

It's just for them to use for extra storage, hangout rooms, but they are not supposed to add bedrooms which is why you would get about half as much for the space as you would renting it illegally.

There’s a very large asphalt parking lot in back that I’m thinking I could turn into 4000sq ft of self storage as well as having plenty of parking for the tenants close to the building.
