Longer-term, I have an eye towards scaling up to multifamily or possible self-storage at some point.

What is the value of the furnace and do you have any use for it. because if it is just going to result in storage charges for you may want to try to get the cost back from him in some way before you leave the property.

Marketing is all about knowing the painpoint of your audience AND intercepting that painpoint through a message that inspires relief and confidence you can help them.This is why I would device a SPECIFIC message per specific audience so you really speak to a specific audience.

I understand there is not enough storage to hold that many years of your life but there has to be a line drawn somewhere.

Did the tenant do damage with the exception of a few small screw holes, or maybe the devices are only stuck on with that sticky-like tape.

It's just for them to use for extra storage, hangout rooms, but they are not supposed to add bedrooms which is why you would get about half as much for the space as you would renting it illegally.
