Hi ya'll!

I've got a couple of bucks to spend on some marketing and I'm debating which funnel to pay more attention to.  As an agent I'm always looking to acquire new listings.  As an investor, I'm always searching for the next deal!  Has anyone run a campaign that caters to both or should they be separate pursuits?
