I have a new furnace that was put in a house that was sold yr aft

My name is Curtis... My landlord had a agreement that after 2 years of renting we could do rent to own, but 4 yrs later he sold the house from underneath us... Meanwhile... I have put a new furnace in last year... then he sales the house from underneath us... Can I take the furnace... And the new landlord never gave us a lease and kicking us out...

First thing to do is contact an attorney. Review what signed agreements you have in place. Did you have a Lease Option or Land Contract agreement in place? Did you have any agreement about the furnace or did you just put it in yourself? I would contact some local attorneys (Google "Real Estate Attorney in ________) and show them all of the paperwork you have to see what your options are. Sorry to hear this is happening.
