Long gone are the days where the consumer-facing LO is allowed to take a pay cut or pay raise on a per-deal basis, now it's mostly on what you can give us, that we can turn around and sell to management (as they are the folks taking the per-deal hair cut), that also isn't going to expose the firm to any potential gender/race/disability/etc based discrimination lawsuits or Dodd-Frank/CFPB fines. 

Not putting the cart before the horse but I'll be taking the exam next month and I'm looking for tip or pointers on a few things:1.

I tend to ruffle feathers here and there, especially with newer investors, because I think the advice they get is horrendous and they end up in this race to invest more and more.

This criteria is just based on risk and not race, religion age or sex.

I’m not sure why I went into this funk but I’m ready to get back on that horse.
