Hello Hello!

Excited to be here! Yeah!  

Mark McEwing from Montgomery Texas which is way north Houston, in the beautiful Lake Conroe area.  I am just starting out in real estate investing.  I have been chasing my first rental for several years now and I am finally just about there.  I currently build homes.  Yep.  I build them.  Everyday.  I work for a nationwide home builder. Very unique and excellent opportunity especially for a future investor! I am also working on getting a real estate inspector license.  My main source of learning right now is through the podcasts and reading all of the blog posts.  

Goals? What goals? I have a master plan! Of which includes renting out my first home which I currently reside in (yes i built this home but a complete accident buying it). I am having my second home built right now as I type and I will put current residence up for rent...like tomorrow. I plan to save for the next 18 months and pick up rental SFH no. 2. Repeat once or twice more. Fast forward a few years to an apartment complex and hopefully never naw again in this rat race (even though I do enjoy hard work).

I look forward to networking with many of you.  This site has already had an amazing impact on my life in such a short amount of time and I hope to do my part to contribute.  If you are in the greater Houston area hit me up!
