Hi @Donald Dickerson, if your are keen on tracking your net worth, free software like mint.com is a pretty nifty tool for doing so and showing trends in spending, income, and net worth. 

So the funder pushes the 'fund' button at basically the exact same time for both, with two instances of the mortgage origination software open, just like there is presumably one person at one location that pushes the buttons for ALL the rockets to ignite (you wouldn't have rocket 1 be a lady in Florida, and rocket 2 be a guy in Texas...).

The old thread does not have any real results, investors where just starting to use it.Does anyone have any updates on the efficacy of the software, it is 2k so I would like to know a bit more on what the experience or feedback that someone might have.
