Lots of unnecessary data entry. 

There are processes and procedures to prevent this ahead of time, but harder to fight once the damage is done.  

Would also love here any tips or hacks to avoid any unnecessary costs please.

Unfortunately the litigation in this country would prevent me from offering this solution.

Units could maybe use an upgrade if I wanted to go more modern but really unnecessary.

This just helps me avoid the unnecessary task of running numbers just to hear a no.

In oregon now, they have extended the eviction moratorium which basically prevents tenants from being evicted until after september 30th and gives them till march 31 to pay back the rent we never collected. 

I have thankfully never had this happen to me yet, but I was wondering if there are best practices out there for prevention and also for how to handle when it occurs.

@Joshua T.As mentioned by others, the 250hr safe harbor is an unnecessary gimmick.

I think to do otherwise only causes unnecessary stress and slows down wealth building.
