How does it cost to refinance in Texas?

Bigger pockets community,

Can anyone give me a breakdown of the costs I should expect in refinancing a property in Fort Worth TX, please. Would also love here any tips or hacks to avoid any unnecessary costs please. Property is on conventional 30 year fixed mortgage.

There will be costs for the title company, and costs for the lender. Depends how much the loan will be for what the lenders fees are, etc
