Hi all - I'm new to the REI world and looking to see if there are any experienced investors that would like to partner on a deal.  

Hi, Everyone,I am a novice real estate investor in Florida and in my city, there is one team of agents who claims that they are number 1 top selling agent in the local market and they said there has been about 160 sales for the past year.

I almost at a point where I don't even bother with home inspectors.Some other common issues with older houses, particularly if you will be renting:  lead paint, asbestos, mold (although I find older houses are leaky enough that, as long as the roof drains well, air movement through the building is good and prevents moisture buildup), steep staircases, narrow hallways.But you MUST MUST MUST do a walk-through with an experienced contractor (one who specifically has experience renovating older houses/buildings) prior to placing an offer.  

This would be my first sale of a unit so I thought what better way but to reach out to more experienced investors who already have weighed this decision in the past. 

I would like to get to know players in this arena and start to build my team to expand into this area.I live out in Gold Canyon at the base of Superstitions with my wife and 2 kids.  

Great website and full of great threads with experienced Investors and Realtors.

It' just a mindset shift that needs to be made.P.S My team and I have wholesaled over 100 properties in the California and Nevada markets within the last 2 years.

Then try to sell it to an experienced investors. 

(Who knows) So far, haven't heard a reply from the agents...I would like to know some of the more experienced wholesalers/investors take on this, and if you've done this, what was your "shpill" to the agent?
