I've also never had that many people show up for a tour before.

Like I said, your agent could and should have done a better job but in my opinion based on tour post does not seem to rise to the legal/financial level

We do tours every month and will gladly show you around and get you up close and personal with the gorgeous ginger bread brick properties and lovely frame houses that are offering monster cash flow returns comparatively speaking with the rest of the country.

@Matthew Fitzgerald Also, I'll be out in LA area the first two weeks of October for our Burbz tour. 

Those on the 'outside' will never appreciate this trait.Having successfully niched into a lot of successful C/D-Class properties we have seen & experienced it all in our 30+ years, but nothing like your front-line tour of duty.
