I know another   PM  company sends this to their applicants (maybe by email separate from the application or part of application itself):   " Please write a short description of why you would like to live in this  house and how the other people in the household are related to you"I found it useful in the past to know why they liked my house and that  the other people on the application were  the son, daughter, fiance , etc of the head of household

Didn't start REI until my first son was born. 

I've been in close touch with the daughter, the other 2 sons are sort of MIA.   

@Sophia Baratashvili I am dealing with my sons apartment property management team right now regarding their newly implemented RUBS.

My tenant, her son, has asked her repeatedly to move out and she doesn't.

I just bought a condo for my son on the NE side of town that is gated, etc. and the rental value of that condo would be about $1600. 

When I called to speak to the tenants (a couple), I learned that they had broken up and the woman and her son is living at the place and the man is not.

Then rented out our Basement 1 Bedroom to our son for $500 a month and A Daughter who rents for $350 a month bringing our total mortgage payment to $150 !

I had my neighbor who's son had to empty out a basement full of crap after the neighbor died.
