I have 3: a 16-unit and 18 unit in Little Rock AR bought in a joint venture for just under a million for both, $250k rehab in progress, and a 50-unit in a 506(c) syndication in Pocatello ID about $2.3M with $450k rehab in progress.

Commerical brokers from what I see go through this progression..  1. get listing send to their clients so they can double end it.2. share listing within their office .. if none of the above work go ahead and send it out to co brokers or Loop net or coast star and MLS maybe .
