Hello BP Community!

I'm a young investor looking to get started actively investing in the Nashville/Middle TN Region. I like to consider myself a Nashville native since I've living here since I was 4 and love the idea of helping revitalize my hometown while growing wealth. I stumbled into real estate earlier this year by house hacking (before I knew it had a name) my first home that I purchased earlier this year. Then I stubbled into BiggerPockets and was like "Wait...I can totally do this and expand on what I already have!" I have a day job in research in Nashville that I love, but I'm excited about real estate investing and would love to connect with some people in the area who are like minded with more experience or are also new. I'm I'm looking to begin my first BRRR over the course of the next few months and would like to do around three by next August.
