Maybe they put a couple bucks in their pocket, but in the mean time, they're paying thousands in interest and often run into difficult DTI problems when they go to finance something in their name.

Something small like you are talking about you probably do not need the big bucks guy used to doing ultra complex agreements.Sounds like he wants to charge for the complicated stuff and do an easy one for a large pop of money.

I wonder if there will be a change in buyer's moods too; some of you mentioned niches, looking to get into smaller units within a threshold (i.e. up to a million bucks) and when you surpass that, quality and space becomes the focus, obviously within the stronger neighbourhoods.We got a pretty nice margin from the sale of our live in flip.
