The repairs truly are minor: there is a section of a wooden fence leaning against a chain link fence that needs to be taken to the curb for trash pick up (it is not attached to anything), the concrete floor of the laundry room needs to be painted, the laundry dryer vent was installed backwards, weeds need to be pulled from near the crawl space vent, the front porch railing needs to be scraped and painted, and a few other things along those lines.

If that's the case, why aren't you arguing that all guns should be illegal, skydiving should be illegal, alcohol consumption should be illegal, driving cars should be illegal, swimming pools should be illegal, airplanes should be illegal, restaurants should be illegal (people die from food poisoning and chocking), being a roofer should be illegal, etc.There are many more deaths from those things above (and a higher probability of dying) than from hookers passing on HIV.Can you explain to me why the tiny health danger posed from prostitution should make it illegal while all the other things in the world that are much more dangerous should still be legal?

The option that has the largest difference between how much I'm spending and how much I'm selling for (remember, this is my profit), is probably the best way to go.Now, in reality, instead of just considering 6 scenarios like above, for my rehabs, I may be considering 1000+ scenarios -- some with just tiny detail and price changes.The goal is to find the scenario that has the largest difference between the amount I'm spending and the amount I'm selling for -- this gives me the largest profit.I realize that might have been a lot of rambling -- sorry about that.

Although I heard of a tiny handful of success stories among their customers (which were featured prominently on the walls of their offices) the vast majority of customers made no money at all.Nevertheless, I respect that some of the people here got the inspiration to go ahead from some of the guru programs and there is nothing wrong with that.
