McKellar Newsom, I signed up for a Pro account a few months after I created my free account. Why?

Simple.

I've learned more from the Forums, Blogs and Articles than from a host of books and seminars.

The amount of money that a Pro account costs annually is a fraction of the cost I would have had to pay for what I am learning.

And how can you beat learning from investors who live the business every day versus people who make their money primarily from selling books/seminars/etc about real estate investing?

I specialize in one small area of real estate investing. I contribute what I know on that area. I'm learning about all the other areas of real estate investing that I plan on getting involved in.

Jerry
