I agree with @James Wise, you don't want to compete like that.I've always been an advocate for quality over quantity and Redfin is purely the latter. 

I know turnkey can get a bad reputation but there are several reputable providers there and if you hold them long term they can be good investments.I’ve done the DIY method and so far turnkey is better for me in my opinion anyways.

As someone who did a high end flip job and put quality into the result, I hope that these types of flippers lose money and go away.
