Their people are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.I also recommend that any who can to go to their expo - there is a lot of great information for investors. 

But the main reason I came back after the app was eliminated was to simply help people not make the same mistakes I did.It would be cool to somehow improve my knowledge, networking etc thogh.

They also have a Coaching Program, run by 3 people who are members.

Some people think they can set the temp up 10 degrees while they are at work and then magically the temp will get back down.

You notice people still invest in IRAs, 401ks and stock portfolios?

I know of a few ADU facebook groups that seem to be a wealth of knowledge for people building them or intending to build.
