Skip tracing resources

Hello! 

I am working my way to becoming a wholesaler/investor.  I have a list of properties I've found, off market. I am having some trouble skip tracing these. I've typically been doing the foot work. I talk to neighbors. I ask around the area. I find as much info as I can on internet searches. I am hoping someone can shine some light on other skip tracing resources I could be using, to get contact info on these properties. Any help is appreciated!
