I can only guess they like working intermittantly and when the price is crazy high allowing lazying around time. 

Well over the years we have really never been big fans of buying products or gifts during Black Friday especially because the crazy traffic and of course being super lazy after Thxgiving dinner. 

If you had about 5 hours to do nothing but search for your next property on a Sunday morning/afternoon, how would you spend it?
