Hello to everyone, I am new to the BiggerPockets community. I am a licensed Real Estate agent in New York, my main service areas are central Nassau County Long Island. I am very interested in becoming a wholesaler and meeting new investors. Does anyone have any suggestions for my starting point as a wholesaler? Where do I began my search for motivated sellers? How do I find my first property? What is the best way to build my buyers list? Does anyone have any suggestions for me to build my knowledge of the market?

@Mathew Martin I would start by educating myself on the laws relating to bringing buyers and sellers together in your state.
